My dolls are made of 100% cotton interlock stuffed with wool from a family mill and a sachet of lavender in the chest. Heads are sculpted in the Waldorf tradition - noses are optional. I use premium organic 100% cotton doll skin fabric from Weir Dolls and Crafts. You may choose fair, medium fair, tan or brown. You may choose my special eye shape or round eyes. Eyes and mouth are hand embroidered. All dolls have a belly button and buns (helps them sit better). Body styles are: CLASSIC - one piece rag doll type, BUTTON JOINTED - limbs are attached with buttons so they move freely, or HYBRID - rag doll body with button jointed arms. Dolls come with one outfit. Regular dolls are just stuffed with the wool and lavender. I also offer weighted dolls.

WEIGHTED DOLLS: These are soothing for children with sensory issues. The weight also makes the doll feel "real"! I use clean sand or organic millet sewn into fabric bags that I wrap in wool to stuff the body. I only offer weighting in the Classic body type since it is hard for the jointing needle to go through sand.

BABY DOLLS have curvier limbs with needle sculpted elbows, wrists and knees. For baby wigs choose a crochet cap in straight mohair (fuzzy) or boucle'' (curly). This can include baby pigtails or sticking-up-on-top baby hair or a shorter layered wig. BABY CLOTHES options are a cotton velour baby sac, one-piece romper, kimono, sweatsuit, long gown or dress. These can be hooded or they come with a long gnome hat. All babies come with a tie on diaper.

CHILD DOLLS have straighter limbs. BOY DOLLS: WIGS choose short curly or short spiky or longer layered boy hair, or longer hair in straight or boucle'' (curly) or a chunkier straight worsted mohair/wool blend. Boy hair can be mixed yarns and textures in the layered or longer hair. The curly boy wig can have some longer loops for a looser curly look. BOY CLOTHES options are a hand dyed cotton velour sweatsuit, one-piece romper or a sweatsuit and jeans or a t-shirt and jeans or khakis. Jeans are recycled from pre-washed denim jeans. Cotton velour is hand dyed splotchy multi-colors or solids. Sweatshirts and rompers can be hooded or come with long gnome hat. GIRL DOLLS: WIGS choose long or medium length layered hair in straight or boucle'' (curly) wool or mohair or a chunkier wool/mohair yarn. The girl wigs are a multi-styling wig that can be fixed in lots of hair-do''s. I can mix in a few colors/textures or do crazy mixed hair. I can also do fixed braids or ponytails or buns. GIRL CLOTHES options are a hand dyed cotton velour dress and leggings, romper or sweatsuit. These can be hooded or come with long gnome hat. Or choose a hand-dyed muslin broomstick pleated dress with bloomers. Or a patchy cotton print peasant top with a recycled jeans skirt. Or a cotton print outfit.
