I bought a Used Dell Win 10 laptop.
When It arrived It looked ok but the battery would not keep a charge (at all, nothing)
The seller said 'the laptop is 8 years old' (this is not an excuse to sell a laptop with a non working battery)
After weeks of complaining they sent me a new battery (which seemed ok)
After about 8 months of using this laptop It has totally crashed, not usable
(I've bought Used Dells before without problems)
NEVER buy from this seller ~ you HAVE BEEN WARNED
